Very basic breakfast, but was ok - Price a bit too much for what it was

very bad WIFI access, recepcionist talked for 10 min with me waiting just for a map (she didn't stop even for 1 sec to ask what I want)

The breakfast and dinner provided were quite delicious and there was a good selection of dishes to choose from. The location of the hotel was also quite convenient, with many nearby attractions to explore. the hotel staff were very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

The room was also extremely cold, despite having a heater that did not work properly. the poor room condition made my business stay quite uncomfortable.

The hotel's central location is great for exploring the town center and main attractions, including restaurants. the friendly staff offered helpful advice about places to go. the room was clean and towels were changed every day.

One aspect that detracted from the experience was the noise in the room, which made sleep difficult.

Generally very good value for money. Excellent facilities, clean and centrally located. I would highlight the friendly catering and reception staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, right in the center, was perfect for exploring the city. We were within easy reach of all the main attractions, and the staff was incredibly helpful in pointing out the must-see landmarks and suggesting amazing places to eat. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. the service was top-notch, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
